Curb Appeal Exterior Cleaning
Pressure Washing in Chattanooga, TN
Tackle accumulated outdoor dirt with a cleaning method matched to the surface. We distinguish durable hardscape from siding, roofs and other materials that need a gentler approach.
The right care for your property
A fresh start for durable surfaces
Outdoor steps, walkways and other hard surfaces take the wear of foot traffic, weather and everyday use. Pressure washing can loosen dirt and buildup that a quick garden-hose rinse leaves behind. The important question is not simply how much pressure to use, but whether the material and its current condition are suitable for that method.
Painted masonry, aging mortar, coated surfaces and delicate edges need different consideration from sound, uncoated concrete. Share the material, approximate area and any cracks, coatings or repairs with us. If the job is mainly a driveway or a large concrete slab, our dedicated concrete-cleaning page explains that scope in more detail. For siding or shingles, start with house washing or roof cleaning instead.
- Durable hard surfaces
- Concrete walkways
- Residential and commercial exteriors

Pressure washing is not a repair service. Loose material, damaged finishes and structural cracks need separate attention; no cleaning method can guarantee removal of every embedded stain.
From estimate to finish
Our cleaning process
Good hard-surface cleaning combines assessment, controlled cleaning and realistic expectations about existing wear.
- 01
Identify the material
We discuss the surface, its condition, nearby finishes and the type of buildup before deciding whether pressure washing is appropriate.
- 02
Define the cleaning area
Agree on boundaries, access and any vulnerable edges or fixtures. Note existing cracks, loose material or coatings before work starts.
- 03
Clean with controlled pressure
Use a method suited to the durable surface rather than applying the same setting everywhere. Work around transitions and adjacent materials with care.
- 04
Rinse and assess
Rinse loosened debris and review the cleaned area. Deep stains, worn coatings and material discoloration may remain even after surface dirt is removed.

Before we arrive
Preparing your property
A little advance planning helps us focus on the cleaning. Confirm any special access instructions with Ro when scheduling.
- Move planters, furniture, toys and other portable objects off the agreed cleaning area.
- Tell us about paint, sealers, damaged mortar or recent surface repairs.
- Keep people and pets out of the work area and make gates and the outdoor water supply accessible.
- Identify nearby items that should stay dry and discuss runoff-sensitive areas before cleaning.
Good questions, clear answers
Frequently asked questions
Can every exterior surface be pressure washed?
No. Siding, roof materials, damaged masonry and some coated or softer surfaces can require a different approach. Tell us what the surface is before choosing a service.
What is the difference between this and concrete cleaning?
Pressure washing describes a cleaning method for suitable hard surfaces. Concrete cleaning is a more specific project scope for driveways, slabs, sidewalks and walkways, with attention to their traffic patterns and stains.
Will pressure washing remove every stain?
Not necessarily. Rust, oil, paint and deep discoloration are different from loose dirt or organic buildup. Share close-up photos of problem spots so we can discuss likely results before quoting.
Can you clean painted or sealed surfaces?
The coating and its condition matter. Identify paint or sealers when requesting an estimate; a different cleaning method or a narrower scope may be appropriate.
What information helps with an estimate?
Send the type of surface, approximate dimensions, wide and close-up photos, access details and the particular spots you want addressed. This makes the scope more useful than a price based only on the property address.

They responded immediately to give me a quote and showed up at my house on time and did a wonderful job. They did a soft wash on my house, cleaned windows, screened in porch plus cleaned the screens and pressure washed driveway and sidewalks. I highly recommend them!!
